Video memory leak in the OGL pipeline on macOS

    Description

      The OGL surface which is used by the CAOpenGLLayer is never flushed, this causes a video memory leak caused and system stuck.

      The test to reproduce the bug is the same as in
      https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8215756
