A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When attempting to read your End User License Agreement, it just pulls up my photo album folder, and other photos gallery, and does nothing.
I do believe you can get in trouble for not having a User Agreement that I can access.
Yes I am one of the few people who actually read those things.

Just try updating and your link in the update will not pull up the User license agreement
