A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The tutorial "How to Use Tool Bars" (https://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/uiswing/components/toolbar.html) links to "Java Look and Feel Graphics Repository" (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index-138612.html). However the "Download" link on that site is broken. So instead the link of "How to Use Tool Bars" should point to https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/repository-140393.html which is apparently the same page as "Java Look and Feel Graphics Repository" except that the download link there works.
It would be also good to remove one of the duplicate pages to reduce confusion.
