Mac: include OS X version in hs_err_pid crash log file

      Currently hs_err_pid only shows Darwin Kernel Version, but no OS X version.

      They can be correlated manually by going to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darwin_(operating_system) , but it would be nice to print the OS X version directly, which users are more familiar with.
