Add support to jtreg helpers to unpack pkg packages, so content of pkg files can be verified by tests in the environment where installing of packages is not possible. This is follow up issue for JDK-8233270. We JDK-8233270 unpacking for packages without installing was added for .dmg, .deb, .rpm, .msi.
