A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I am creating an .msi installer on Windows 10 with the jpackage tool from the JDK14-ea+33. To provide the installer icon I am using the --icon flag. The icon that I am providing is 48x48px .ico file.
Once the application is installed, the icon in the Windows startup menu is smaller than 48x48px and does not fill the icon container, like the rest of the installed applications. I tried providing a bigger icon (64x64px and 128x128px) and the provided application icon size does not seem to make any difference.

- If possible the icon should be resized automatically to fit the icon containers (32x32 for right side and 64x64 for the icon on the left side)
- If automatic icon resizing is not possible, we should have a way to provide multiple icons depending on the needed container size.
