JDK-8237069 injects new top type interfaces viz InlineObject or IdentityObject as required in declared class types.

Class types that have no declaration site are handled in JDK-8237955.

This ticket is so the VM would implicitly treat arrays as implementing IdentityObjects just as today they implement Serializable and Cloneable.
