The CSR says the supported package types on mac are:
"pkg, app in a dmg (drag the app into the Applications directory)"
the default type is "app in a dmg".
But this type makes no sense for a runtime image.
At the very Least, the default for a runtime image should be "pkg".
We should also either prohibit dmg type for runtime images altogether or change it to something else that can work.
