Cleanup/simplify HTML/CSS for definition lists

XMLWordPrintable

      javadoc generates various definition lists, and relies on the enclosing context to style them correctly.

      It would be better to set a CSS class name on all generated instances of <dl>, so that they can be styled explicitly.
