jcheck doesn't check for whitespace in .cc, .hh, .m, and .mm files. As a result these files are liable to accumulate whitespace errors, and many of them have. The bulk of these files are in java.desktop.

We should clean them up prior to the Skara transition for the jdk project, so that we can then add these file suffixes to .jcheck/conf shortly after the transition.
