New jdk.security.legacyAlgorithms security property is being added to the java.security file (see JDK-8172404).
The jarsigner and keytool utilities will enforce this new property and issue appropriate warning messages when any of the legacy algorithms is being used. Their man pages shall be updated to describe the interface changes as needed.
