Pi 4 VideoCore VI gpu hw support

      ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFORMATION :
      Raspbian buster arm7l
      Raspberry pi 4

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Currently javafx on pi 4 doesn't support hw acceleration on pi 4 due to different gpu (video core vi). Are there any plans to support it in the future?
