Now that we can build on Xcode 10.1 out of the box, we should modify jprt.properties so that we build the "macosx_x64_10.13" targets by default. Note that for now we should only add the new configuration, as opposed to replacing the older "macosx_x64_10.7" targets. We can remove those later once we are sure we are no longer interested in building on the older toolchain.
Hopefully, all I will need to do is push the changes already suggested by Erik Joelsson.
