Convert to using hyphenated naming for CSS classes

      The modern convention in CSS is to use hyphenated naming for compound names, and not camelCase naming.

      javadoc should adopt towards this convention.

      This will also facilitate moving towards more complete use of additional conventions, like BEM naming.
