Hotspot runtime/CommandLine/OptionsValidation/TestOptionsWithRanges.java test fails on Alpine Linux with debug build

Run test test/hotspot/jtreg/runtime/CommandLine/OptionsValidation/TestOptionsWithRanges.java on Alpine Linux with OpenJDK built with --enable-debug option.

The test fails with message in log file:
