It would be good to group and document the members of HtmlStyle in the following groups:

* the top-level flex hierarchy
* the styles used for (member) signatures
* the styles used to contain content derived from doc comments

In addition, HtmlStyle.arguments should be renamed to HtmlStyle.parameters, for consistency with standard Java usage.
