The @jls and @jvms tags are seeing increased use in Java SE and JDK documentation, which is good.

The usage is often stylized, and so it would be interesting to see if the tags can reasonably be extended to support the stylized uses.

The current pattern is
     @jls section-number description
     {@jls section-number}

The following are possible extensions:

* {@jls name} // to generate an HTML element containing the name of the document
* {@ jls section-number description}
