    Description

      8u251 MSI install with REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=omus

      The following error pattern occurs after reinstallation:
             Failed reading value of registry key
             Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Envionment\1.8\JavaHome
             Error: could not find java.dll
             Error could not find Java SE Runtime Envionment.
