[TESTBUG] removed three tests of 0 bytes

      Description

        jdk/test/lib/testlibrary/jdk/testlibrary/IOUtils.java
        test/jdk/java/awt/FontClass/GlyphRotationTest.java
        test/jdk/java/awt/font/Rotate/RotatedFontMetricsTest.java
        were 0 bytes and added into jdk8u by JDK-8237175, JDK-8225334 and JDK-8235559 respectively.

        The corresponding three tests were already backported:
        test/lib/testlibrary/jdk/testlibrary/IOUtils.java
        test/java/awt/FontClass/GlyphRotationTest.java
        test/java/awt/font/Rotate/RotatedFontMetricsTest.java

        I think the three 0 bytes files were a mistake.
