Remove language tag length limit for iTXt chunk in PNGImageReader

    Description

      While reading language tag of iTXt chunk we limit length of it to 80 including null.

      PNG specification doesnt mention any such limit on language tag : http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/spec/1.2/PNG-Chunks.html#C.iTXt
