      to work around the so-called split library problem, JDK-8242314 and JDK-8188828 copy-pasted pieces of testlibrary into jdk.test.lib.FileInstaller and ExecDriver classes so they won't depend on any other testlibrary classes. these workarounds should be removed as soon as we cleaned up testlibraries and it possible (and easy) to explicitly build them (most probably not before JDK-8211289, JDK-8211290, and JDK-8211358 or at least their main parts are integrated)
