Scrolling doesn't work properly with metal pipeline.
This issue can be seen in JInternalFrameDemo, JFileChooserDemo ,...
of SwingSet2 demo test.
This issue is seen in mac mini 10.14.6 with non retina display.

Issue is not reproducible in MacBook 10.13.6.
