JavaDoc search is overly strict with letter case

        This is unfortunate for initialisms which are both widespread and have no established way of spelling. E.g. HttpClient and HTTPInputSource, MonitoredHostRmiService and RMISocketFactory, JavaSqlModuleDriver and SQLException, etc.
