Remove SA's memory/FreeChunk.java. It's no longer used.

      memory/FreeChunk.java is no longer used, so remove it. Also can remove the following method, which is no longer called:

      src/jdk.hotspot.agent/share/classes/sun/jvm/hotspot/oops/Mark.java:242: public boolean isCmsFreeChunk() {
