Remove SA's javascript support

      SA javascript support has been broken since JDK 9. See JDK-8235594. It was disabled during 14 to prevent warning messages. See JDK-8236062. Nashorn was completely removed in JDK 15. See JDK-8241749. It's time to strip the javascript support code out of SA.
