Currently, if MMU has been violated, we print an info-level message:

[91.084s][info ][gc,mmu ] GC(2820) MMU target violated: 11.0ms (10.0ms/11.0ms)

MMU information would be nice to get every time, i.e. even when not exceeding the threshold for evaluation purposes.

The JFR event is already sent every time.
