        JPKG001-012: WinUpgradeUUIDTest
        1. Check preconditions
                a.VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
        2.Launch WinUpgradeUUIDTest-2.0 and complete installation
        3.Navigate to Control Panel Add/Remove
                a.VERIFY WinUpgradeUUIDTest application has duke icon
        4. Launch WinUpgradeUUIDTest-1.0 and complete installation
        3.Navigate to Control Panel Add/Remove
                a.VERIFY WinUpgradeUUIDTest application has duke icon

        Expected result:
        WinUpgradeUUIDTest has duke icon

        Actually result:
        WinUpgradeUUIDTest application icon is missing, please refer to image 001-012-issue-step13c.PNG


        Missing icon is only seen during the downgrade scenario. In the upgrade scenario, the duke icon is found correctly.
