Revert JDK-8244193 as it causes performance regression

      JDK-8244193 was raised and fixed because we had refresh issues related to checkbox but it has caused performance regression in other benchmarks.

      As captured in JDK-8244193 we are seeing decrease in J2DBench numbers in some cases but in applications like IDE it has introduced visible performance lags.
