Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check preconditions
    a. VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
    b. Delete any appOutput.txt files on machine
2. Open command line and navigate to location test artifacts can be found after running run_jpackage_jtreg_tests.sh
3. Install artifact_name: sudo dpkg -i basicshortcuthintest_1.0-1_amd64.deb
4. Open file explorer and navigate to: /opt/basicshortcuthintest/bin

Expected Result:
application "BasicShortcutHintTest" can be found

Actually result:
application name is "BasicShortcut Hint Test", there is one space before'H' and two spaces before'T'.
issue also reproducible on JDK15+25
