Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check preconditions
    a. VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
    b. Delete any appOutput.txt files on machine
2. Open command line and navigate to location test artifacts can be found after running run_jpackage_jtreg_tests.sh
3. Double click simplepackagetest-1.0-1.amd64.rpm and complete install
4. Double click SimplePackageTest
    a. VERIFY appOutput.txt is created in user home directory

Expected Result:
appOutput.txt is created in user home directory

Actual result:
At step4-a,After double click SimplePackageTest, "Could not display 'SimplePackage'" will be displayed; and appOutput.txt is not created in user home directory. Please refer to GUI_double_click.png.
Can be reproduced with simplepackagetest_1.0-1_amd64.deb on Ubuntu 20_04
