Revisit CSS for the Constant Values page

      The Constant Values page is v very "messy" with tables of inconsistent widths.

      We should revisit the CSS for tables to provide a better appearance.

          As of JDK 19, the page doesn't look too bad, and not bad enough to warrant any changes.

          Generating tables is a highly overconstrained problem, especially when taking device sizes into account as well.

          I'm closing this out as Will Not Fix.
