Lanai performance suite must inlcude IDE testing covering Netbeans and IntelliJ.These tests should be run and tracked.
Startup times for both the IDEs, and detail performance run for Netbeans is requirement.

Netbeans testing strategy
 - startup time, basic IDE usage test etc.
IntelliJ (Startup, if there is any log)
- Atleast startup time test
