Some inline tags could allow nesting.

There are tags that should be terminal. Those tags are {@code}, {@literal}, {@inheritDoc}, {@docRoot}, {@value}, and {@systemProperty}. However, there are also tags that could allow nested Standard doclet markup. Those tags are: {@summary}, {@link}, {@linkplain}, {@index}, and non-standard {@preview}.
