The JavaFX build currently requires the installation of the old Windows 7.1 SDK to get the necessary sources from Samples/multimedia/directshow/baseclasses/
This makes it cumbersome to build jfxmedia on Windows platforms, so we should check in these sources as we do for other third-party software that we build and ship.
