[TEST_BUG] There is no information about app.name and app.version in the WinUpgradeUUIDTest.cfg file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check preconditions
        a.VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
2.Upgrade Scenario:Launch WinUpgradeUUIDTest-1.0 and complete installation
3.Navigate to %ProgramFiles%/WinUpgradeUUIDTest/app
4.Double click on WinUpgradeUUIDTest.cfg
5.Upgrade Scenario: VERIFY the following:
        app.name=<app_name>
        app.version=1.0
6.Downgrade Scenario: Launch WinUpgradeUUIDTest-2.0 and complete installation
7.Navigate to %ProgramFiles%/WinUpgradeUUIDTest/app
8.Double click on WinUpgradeUUIDTest.cfg
9.Downgrade Scenario: VERIFY the following:
        app.name=<app_name>
        app.version=2.0

Expected results:
Upgrade Scenario: VERIFY the WinUpgradeUUIDTest.cfg following:
        app.name=<app_name>
        app.version=1.0
Downgrade Scenario: VERIFY the WinUpgradeUUIDTest.cfg following:
        app.name=<app_name>
        app.version=2.0

Actually results:
There is no information about app.name and app.version in the WinUpgradeUUIDTest.cfg file.
