A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
In my Example tool-tip is used for validation and shows the issue with an input value (empty or doesn't match a regex ... etc) and when it pops-up and i try to move the parent window, the tool-tip stays where it initially got created, unless is re-validate the input (then it gets moved to the appropriate position)
