[lworld] Optimize empty inline types

    Description

      - All uses ((array) loads, stores, allocations, ...) can be replaced by the default oop or removed (loads/stores from/to flattened fields)
      - Calling convention optimizations could be enabled to not pass/return anything for empty inline types
