UTIL_DEPRECATED_ARG_ENABLE dumps incorrect warning message

      * Reproduce
      bash configure --disable-hotspot-gtest

      * Symptom
      The warning message is:
          WARNING: Option --enable-hotspot-gtest is deprecated and will be ignored.

      This warning is incorrect and quite misleading.
      It would be better to fix it.
