Shenandoah: Call report_num_dead() from ShParallelWeakRootsCleaningTask destructor

      JDK-8249877 added a call to report_num_dead() after each call to ShParallelWeakRotsCleaningTask usage. It is cleaner to simply call it from the destructor of that task.
