Application fails to work with 64-bit JRE 8u261 on VDI environment.

      Application is launching fine with JRE 1.8.0_261 32 bit and application is dowloading jars and launching properly.

      But with JRE 1.8.0_261 64 bit with the 64 bit internet explorer, java is not detected in IE and so application
      failed to launch.
