Documentation error in LayoutManager2 interface

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
for https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/ looking at LayoutManager2 (interface) the text says
This minimal extension to LayoutManager is intended for tool providers who wish to the creation of constraint-based layouts. It does not yet provide full, general support for custom constraint-based layout managers.
This doesn't parse in the English language as I know it.
