Crash in metal pipeline which running J2DBench test

      There is a crash in metal pipeline while running the test lcd_large j2dBench test.Tested on mac mini 10.14 with latest build, uiScale=2.
      Went through the check-in that went in last week and the following change-set is causing the crash.
