Remove usage of OopsInGenClosure from full_process_roots

      We have a long-standing task to clean up / remove OopsInGenClosure. Removing the usage in GenCollectedHeap::full_process_roots simplifies the follow root and adjust root closures, and at the same time gets rid of OopsInGenClosure::set_orig_generation.
