Move the AArch64 assember test under test/hotspot/gtest

    Description

      The AArch64 port has an assembler test that runs at startup on debug builds and a Python script that generates this under src/. As noted in [1], it's not really correct to store it here in the source tree. Instead move it under the existing gtest framework for testing Hotspot C++ code.
