Skins: cleanup use of deprecated snapSize/snapPosition

      some skins still use the dimension-unaware methods snapSize/snapPosition which are deprecated since fx 9

      - snapPosition: used 6 times in 2 skins

      Most of the time, this would not make a difference - there are no tests, anyway, and no idea how to measure any before/after behavior.
