[macos] Stage set to maximized before showing will animate maximization

      ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFORMATION :
      JDK / JavaFX 14

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Create a Stage on macOS. setMaximized(true). Show the stage. It will appear in the middle of the screen unmaximized and then immediately start to maximize using an animation, complete with resizing of the scene.

      It should appear fully maximized with no transition visible.
