Test bundle: JDK16
Test platform:win10 x64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check preconditions
a. VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
2. Launch "RuntimePackageTest-1.0.exe" and "RuntimePackageTest-1.0.msi" and finish install
3. Navigate to Control Panel Add/Remove
a. VERIFY "RuntimePackageTest" is installed
b. VERIFY application Location is: %ProgramFiles%/RuntimePackageTest
c. VERIFY application icon refer to CaseIcon.png

Expected results:
At step3-c,The application icon refer to CaseIcon.png

Actual result:
At step3-c,The application icon is not displayed correctly,please refer to RuntimePackageTest.PNG
By the way,install "RuntimePackageTest-1.0.exe" and "RuntimePackageTest-1.0.msi" have the same issue.
