Missing coverage for java.security AccessControlContext and SecureRandom

      The following private methods are not currently covered by any test that exercise java.security.AccessControlContext and java.security.SecureRandom:
      - java.security.AccessControlContext.containsAllLimits(AccessControlContext)
      - java.security.AccessControlContext.getNextPC(AccessControlContext)
      - java.security.SecureRandom.getProviderName()
