Additional dll files in jre\bin under JDK 8u271 build

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      I have download and installed jre1.8.0_271 and jdk1.8.0_271. I found there is a BUG:
      jdk1.8.0_271\jre\bin have files attach.dll and sawindbg.dll.
      jre1.8.0_271\bin doesn't have these two files.
