Create implementation for NSAccessibilityButton protocol

        We need to create implementation of the NSAccessibilityButton protocol and provide its mapping to the "pushbutton" Java accessibility role.

        The protocol itself described here and it only has two accessors, the rest is being inherited from the common component accessibility level. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appkit/nsaccessibilitybutton
